Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Fujairah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Barista will be responsible for preparing quality beverages and food items, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized caf area. Daily tasks include operating coffee-making equipment, handling customer orders in a friendly manner, restocking supplies, and upholding food safety standards. Additionally, the Barista will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for members and supporting their overall fitness journey.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista skills and knowledge of beverage and food preparation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive interactions with customers and colleagues
• Excellent customer service abilities, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining a welcoming caf atmosphere
• Familiarity with food handling and preparation standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic math skills for managing transactions and inventory
• Previous experience in a caf or food service environment is an advantage
