Bartender and Bartender Apprentice - NYE 24 - Temporary

About the position

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to all guests at the bar.
• Keep the bar area cleaned and stocked at all times.
• Assist the Bartender with various duties.
• Interact with high-profile guests and celebrities professionally.
• Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding venues, menus, and pricing.
• Clean bar area including bar tops, sinks, glasses, and refrigerators.
• Prepare and pour drinks for customers and cocktail servers.
• Process cash transactions accurately and present bar receipts.
• Convert cash to coin for customers playing slot machines.

Requirements

• 6 months prior Bartender or Bar Apprentice experience.
• 1 year previous money handling experience.
• Knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to present a neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to interact with customers, public, and co-workers.
• Teamwork skills with other staff members.
• Ability to accurately count money and provide change.
• Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
