As a highly skilled freelance sales associate, you will provide makeup application, skincare advice, hair or fragrance consultations. You will create a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers.

You will collaborate with a high‑performing team to create in‑store events and maintain visual merchandising standards that stand out against competitors.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; welcome candidates with beginner‑level retail experience who can demonstrate creative and technical expertise.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Pay Range

Hourly rate: $21.60 to $32.40. Exact rate depends on experience, skills, education and budget. Eligible for annual discretionary bonus and a highly competitive bonus program.
