Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced **Camp Supervisor** with a strong background in the **construction industry**. If you have a proven track record of managing multiple camps and ensuring smooth operations, we want to hear from you

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **3+ years** of experience as a Camp Supervisor within the **construction industry**:

- Hands-on experience in managing **2 or more labor camps**:

- Strong **computer skills** for reporting and camp management tasks
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Smart and well-presented personality with strong communication skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily camp operations, including accommodation, maintenance, and facilities management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
- Handle workers' welfare, grievances, and discipline as required
- Maintain records, reports, and inventory using computer systems

Coordinate with HR and management for camp-related matters

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
