Job Title: Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – Day Shift (7p–7a)

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable and caring Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our night shift team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a peaceful work environment while still making a meaningful impact. The Day shift runs from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Schedule:

  • 12-hour Day shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thusday, and Fridays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor residents overnight for any changes in condition or health concerns
  • Assist residents with daily needs (toileting, repositioning, comfort)
  • Conduct safety checks and maintain a quiet, secure environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and licensed nursing staff
  • Follow all Kansas state regulations and facility policies
  • Keep the environment clean, calm, and respectful of residents’ rest

Qualifications:

  • Active CNA certification in the state of Kansas
  • Experience in assisted living or Home Plus care preferred
  • Ability to work independently and stay attentive throughout overnight hours
  • Compassionate, responsible, and team-oriented attitude
