Consultant, Critical Response & Support

<p>We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Consultant, Critical Response & Support to join our team at InterContinental Hotels. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support and response to our hotels and guests around the world. You should have extensive experience in customer service and a passion for providing excellent customer service. To be successful in this role, you should have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop. Responsibilities: Provide critical support and response to our hotels and guests in a timely and professional manner. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and other critical issues. Track customer feedback and identify areas of improvement. Develop and implement strategies for providing consistent customer service. Monitor customer service metrics and performance indicators. Provide training and guidance to staff on customer service best practices. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of InterContinental Hotels products and services.
