Customer Service Representative - Luxury Brand in NYC

<p>Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is looking for a <strong>Customer Service Representative</strong> to assist their boutique staff in New York City! <em><u>You must be flexible to work Monday- Saturday.</u></em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide an exceptional, brand-aligned guest experience across all channels of communication (phone, email, live chat).</li><li>Drive omnichannel sales by engaging with new and existing customers and supporting proactive CRM outreach campaigns.</li><li>Demonstrate a client-centric mindset by resolving inquiries, managing after-sales requests, and fostering long-term relationships.</li><li>Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency in tone, service, and communication.</li><li>Engage in proactive clienteling and outreach to nurture relationships and schedule virtual or in-person appointments.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail Operations, E-commerce, IT, CRM, and Merchandising.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely records using CRM and customer service platforms.</li><li>Participate in product training and provide feedback to help improve service, products, and digital experiences.</li><li>Assist in order verification and fraud prevention processes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in luxury customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related field.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage clients across multiple platforms.</li><li>Proven ability to deliver high-touch, personalized service in a luxury or premium environment.</li><li>Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), payment platforms, and omnichannel service tools.</li><li>Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; multilingual abilities (Spanish, French, or Italian) are a plus.</li><li>Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>Please submit your resume for consideration!</em></p><p><br></p><p>You can use www.workgrades.com to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
