Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelors degree is a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated in a remote environment

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office setup

Experience

  • 1+ year of customer service, call center, or related experience preferred

  • Experience working remotely or with virtual teams is a strong advantage

Working Hours

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)

  • Flexible shifts available, including day, evening, and weekend hours
