Pay: From $22.25 per hour

Job description:

Are you ready to bring hustle, precision, and top-tier service to the team? Full Court Delivery Solutions is a delivery company that values safety, customer obsession, and teamwork. We're looking for reliable, energetic drivers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver packages promptly and accurately to assigned locations
  • Operate company vehicles safely; conduct routine inspections and follow all traffic laws and company policies
  • Provide outstanding customer service—even under pressure or in challenging conditions
  • Work in a physically demanding role: lift packages up to 50 lbs, navigate various weather conditions, and enter/exit vehicles frequently
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams to ensure smooth delivery operations
  • Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, timekeeping, and team communication
  • Load and unload packages efficiently and securely
  • Assist fellow drivers with route support and participate in rescue calls when needed

Qualifications

As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:

  • Eligible to work in the U.S
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must pass a standard 4 panel pre-employment drug screening
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable transportation to arrive for work on time.
