E-commerce Assistant with Excel Expertise

We are looking for a dedicated and organized E-Commerce Assistant with strong Excel skills to join our team. We will provide visa, medical insurance and accommodation as well.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Excel Expertise**:
Manage large datasets for our e-commerce platforms.

Perform data entry, analysis, and inventory updates.

Create and maintain reports for product listings, sales, and stock levels.

Assist in bulk uploads and product updates on e-commerce platforms using Excel.

**E-Commerce Operations**:
Assist with product listing management on platforms like Noon, Amazon, and Shopify.

Monitor inventory and ensure listings are updated and optimized.

Help manage and maintain our Shopify store (training will be provided if necessary).

**Order Packing and Fulfillment**:
Assist in processing and packing customer orders.

Ensure all orders are packed accurately and shipped on time.

Work with the warehouse team to maintain organized stock levels.

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).

Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Noon, Amazon (preferred).

Experience in e-commerce or retail operations is an advantage.

Ability to work efficiently and manage time between computer tasks and manual packing work.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills.

Experience managing a Shopify store or any e-commerce platform.

Familiarity with online inventory management tools.

**Location**: Sharjah

**Salary**: 1800 AED to 2500 AED, based on experience (as mentioned accommodation is provided, as well as visa and medical insurance)

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
