**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Factory Manager in coordinating daily operations and activities.
- Help manage supplier communications and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Support logistics tasks, including the coordination of deliveries and receipt of goods.
- Assist in arranging maintenance and repairs for factory equipment and facilities.
- Monitor stock levels and provide updates to the Factory Manager.
- Help maintain a clean and organized factory environment.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Factory Manager to ensure efficient operations.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a factory or industrial environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of factory operations and logistics is a plus.
