General Operations Associate

<strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong><em>We are seeking a versatile and proactive General Operations Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to various facets of our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembly, inventory management, shipping, technical support, and other tasks as needed. <br><br></em><strong>Duties/Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and functionality and troubleshoot issues as they arise.</li><li>Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is maintained and organized.</li><li>Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies to assist in the reconciliation of inventory records.</li><li>Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to shipping guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with shipping carriers and schedule pickups.</li><li>Maintain shipping documentation and tracking information.</li><li>Provide technical assistance and support to customers or internal teams.</li><li>Communicate effectively to resolve concerns and provide solutions.</li><li>Assist in various operational tasks as needed, including but not limited to, administrative support, cleaning, and maintenance.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.</li><li>Adhere to safety and operational protocols at all times.</li><li>May work with various tools and machinery.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Education/Knowledge: </strong><em>High</em> <em>School</em> <em>diploma/GED<br><br></em><strong>Experience: </strong><em>Previous experience in assembly, inventory management, shipping, or tech support preferred.<br><br></em><strong>Skills: </strong><em>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with basic computer software (Microsoft Office) and technology. Ability to work in a fast-paced and varied work environment.<br><br></em><strong>Physical Requirements: </strong><em>Normal office environment which requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and see.
