Hiring Remote Call Hosts for Short Candidate Onboarding Calls

SculpTalent is a global recruitment agency connecting top marketing and digital professionals with world-recognized brands such as Zara, Bumble, Nike, etc.

We're expanding our team of Live Onboarding Specialists — confident communicators who can host short video calls (5–10 minutes) with candidates who have already shown interest in joining our network.

These are warm calls, not sales or cold outreach.


Your role is simple:

You'll introduce candidates to SculpTalent, explain how our platform connects them to hiring opportunities with major brands, and guide them through a quick sign-up process on our website.

All scripts, FAQs, and training materials are provided.


We're looking for people who:
Speak fluent, professional English and are comfortable on camera

Can create a friendly, trustworthy impression in short conversations

Are reliable, organized, and able to follow structured onboarding steps

Have a quiet environment, solid internet connection, and good communication presence

This is a long-term collaboration as we're actively building a team of dedicated onboarding professionals to support our growing network of candidates worldwide.
