About the Role
We need a disciplined, high-energy professional to execute daily influencer outreach at scale. You'll work from pre-qualified contact lists, conduct 40–50 calls per day, and guide influencers through onboarding and campaign invitations.
This is NOT a creative marketing role. This is operational execution: phone calls, CRM accuracy, script adherence, and follow-through.

What You'll Do Daily
- Make 40–50 outbound calls to influencers from provided contact lists
- Explain onboarding steps clearly and invite influencers to active campaigns
- Follow structured scripts and handle common objections confidently
- Log every call, outcome, and next action in the CRM immediately
- Send follow-up WhatsApp/email messages as required
- Escalate blockers or edge cases to your manager
- Meet daily KPIs: calls completed, onboardings confirmed, campaign acceptances
Requirements (Must-Have)
✅ 1–3 years in customer service, call center, sales support, or CRM-heavy roles
✅ Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume outbound calling (not occasional check-ins)
✅ Fluent spoken English — clear, professional, no script-reading monotone
✅ CRM discipline — you log things immediately and accurately, not "later"
✅ Process-oriented — you follow scripts, don't freelance, and trust the system
✅ Performance mindset — you care about hitting targets, not just "doing your best"
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Arabic fluency (many influencers are Arabic-speaking)
- Experience with CRMs
- WhatsApp Business or SMS outreach experience
