Job Description:
Golden Acres is a large Skilled Nursing Facility established nearly 75 years ago. The applicant for this position must have maintenance management experience in a nursing home and be familiar with all maintenance needs of a nursing facility.
The Maintenance Director is responsible for directing their team for the maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment in the nursing home. The Director ensures that the facilities are in good working order by following established procedures and adhering to current life safety standards and that inspections remain up to date. The Director is responsible for the maintenance of the building's electrical system, mechanical, and HVAC systems. The Director is responsible for all building systems including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc. The Maintenance Director ensures that all building systems operate as intended by maintaining them in a clean, safe, and efficient state.
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in skilled nursing facility management required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
