Looking for good communication skills, pleasant phone / email manners, analytics via basic Excel functions, and data entry / familiar with SFDC software<br><br></strong><strong>Description<br><br></strong>Remote role and need worker to hit the ground running with little training. 3 month assignment with possible extension.<br><br>Remote Position For US IDS Specimen Management To Assist Regional Marketing Department With All Aspects Of Backorder Management, Including, But Not Limited To<br><br><ul><li> Weekly Backorder Reporting</li><li> Creation and Circulation of Customer Letters re: backordered products</li><li> Sales Force, Supply Chain, and Customer Service Liaison re: customer order inquiries and substitute products</li><li> Emergency escalation allocation and portal maintenance</li><li> Tracking global allocation quantities vs. projected allocations</li></ul>
