Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Massage Therapy Trainer to deliver high-quality practical and theoretical training in massage techniques. The ideal candidate will have professional experience in various massage therapies, strong teaching skills, and a passion for mentoring learners to develop industry-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hands-on and classroom-based training in Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and wellness massage techniques
  • Demonstrate proper massage procedures, posture, and ergonomics
  • Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical exercises
  • Ensure all training follows health, safety, and hygiene standards in Dubai / UAE
  • Assess trainee skills and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain equipment, oils, and therapy tools in safe and hygienic condition
  • Guide learners on client care, professional etiquette, and therapy ethics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a licensed massage therapist and trainer
  • Relevant certifications in massage therapy or wellness
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Experience in teaching or mentoring is preferred
  • Knowledge of Dubai / UAE health and safety regulations
  • Eligible to work in Dubai, UAE

Schedule:

  • Part-time / flexible hours
