I'm confident you understand the importance of finding the perfect fit for each project.<br><br><strong>Required<br><br></strong>The successful candidate will serve as the Workstream Lead for Payroll and Absence, owning all aspects of the implementation lifecycle within these modules. Key responsibilities include:<br><br><ul><li>Workstream Ownership: Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) and owner for the entire Oracle Cloud Payroll and Absence workstream, covering all activities from system configuration to final deployment.</li><li>Client Management: Lead client meetings, workshops, and decision sessions related to Payroll and Absence functionalities.</li><li>Documentation & Presentation: Prepare and present all necessary documentation, status reports, and presentation decks for meetings related to the workstream.</li><li>Integration Leadership: Design, configure, and troubleshoot integrations, especially between Oracle Cloud and external timekeeping systems.</li><li>Parallel Testing: Take the lead role in planning, executing, and reporting on Payroll Parallel Testing to ensure data accuracy and functional alignment prior to go-live.</li><li>Configuration & Build: Execute hands-on configuration and system development within the Oracle Cloud Payroll and Absence modules.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Technical Skills & Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Deep Oracle Cloud Experience: Extensive, hands-on experience as an SME and Lead in implementing or migrating to Oracle Cloud Payroll and Oracle Cloud Absence Management.</li><li>UKG Integration Expertise: Must have prior experience integrating Oracle Cloud Payroll/Absence with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) or similar major external timekeeping systems.</li><li>Leadership: Proven ability to lead a critical workstream, drive timelines, and manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Testing: Strong command of payroll processes, including leading end-to-end payroll parallel testing and resolving discrepancies.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Highly Desirable Skills ("Icing on the Cake")<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience with other timekeeping integrations, specifically using API integrations.</li><li>Prior project experience within the Healthcare industry.</li></ul>
