- Less than $5,000 gross: 11%
- $5,000 - $8,000 gross: 13%
- Over $8,000 gross: 15%
Insurance Costs:
- $2,100/month, billed in a 4-week cycle
- Week 1: $700
- Week 2: $700
- Week 3: $700
- Week 4: $0

Earnings Potential:
- Solo drivers: Average $7,000 gross per week
- Team drivers: Approximately $13,000 gross per week
