Responsibilities:

As a Package Room Attendant, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that the package area is organized.
  • Registering and tracking all deliveries.
  • Assisting in the transport of luggage and groceries to and from units and other areas.
  • Delivering items such as newspapers, dry-cleaning, packages, groceries, and other items to residents and guests.
  • Operating the service elevator.
  • Performing Doorperson and Concierge duties as needed.
  • Providing 5-star customer service.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Maintain confidentiality for our guests and residents.

Then you may be a great fit for this position! Prior experience as a Package Room Attendant at a luxury hotel or residential building and a basic knowledge of building systems and computers is preferred. Multi-lingual fluency is a plus!

Pay & Benefits:
