Your Role

As a Paid Media Specialist at GT Ecom BV, you’ll be responsible for driving profitable customer acquisition across our portfolio of eCommerce brands. You will plan, launch, optimize, and scale high-performing Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROAS and accelerate revenue growth.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with major online fashion platforms, managing campaigns for diverse catalogs and product lines.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale monthly ad budgets on Google Ads.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads for eCommerce or DTC brands.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and GMC.

  • Expertise in feed optimization and product data management (DataFeedWatch, GMC, etc.).

  • Deep understanding of performance metrics, conversion tracking, and attribution.

  • Creative problem solver with a performance-first mindset.

  • Highly organized, data-driven, and self-motivated.

Role type: Independent contractor (location preference - remote)
