Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the yacht acquisition process.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of customized yachts that meet specific client requirements.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product offerings, market trends, and industry standards to better inform clients and enhance sales opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at promoting Sunreef Yachts' unique features and designs.
  • Foster relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continued loyalty to the brand.
  • Coordinate with design and engineering teams to relay client feedback and requests for custom features, ensuring all modifications align with the brand's quality standards.
  • Participate in industry events, boat shows, and exhibitions to showcase Sunreef Yachts and expand the client base.
  • Keep abreast of competitor offerings and market innovations to inform strategic planning.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms, with proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Desired Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer relations, ideally within the luxury goods or marine industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
