Production Worker

Role Overview: We are looking for a physically fit and reliable worker to assist in the manufacturing of concrete products (blocks, pavers, or pre-cast). You will handle raw materials, operate mixing machinery, and ensure quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean molds for concrete pouring.
• Mix raw materials (cement, sand, aggregates) according to instructions.
• Operate production machinery and vibration tables.
• Demold, finish, and stack cured products.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in the factory/warehouse.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a concrete plant or construction site.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols (PPE).
• Ability to follow verbal instructions in English, Hindi, or Urdu.
