Program Manager, Amazon Grocery Logistics

<strong>Description<br><br></strong>Amazon Grocery Logistics (AGL) is looking for a Program Manager to join our Delivery Execution Team, focusing on Grocery Partnerships — Amazon’s third-party grocery delivery service. In this role, you will lead high-impact, cross-functional projects and drive improvements in a complex, rapidly-growing business.<br><br>This role requires innovative problem-solving, ability to work with data, and strong written and verbal communication skills to drive last-mile delivery strategy and execution. You will need to present complex analysis and recommendations to influence and gain alignment from cross-functional stakeholders in an ambiguous, high-paced environment.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance teams</li><li> Leverage data to identify and develop business cases, drive decision making, and conduct deep dive analyses that are quantified with metrics</li><li> Define and track metrics and mechanisms to ensure success of the business at scale</li><li> Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment to solve problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks</li><li> Present program progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership through regular business reviews<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> 4+ years of program or project management experience</li><li> 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience</li><li> Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements</li><li> Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams</li><li> Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)</li><li> Experience with SQL<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization</li><li> Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization<br><br></li></ul>Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.<br><br>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
