Planon Building Management is a multidisciplinary real estate consulting firm with over 30 years of experience. We help clients take control of the maintenance of their buildings, installations, and grounds through property inspections, practical maintenance advice, and the implementation of Planon software.

We assess buildings on key aspects such as maintenance condition, fire safety, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. Based on these insights, we advise clients on how to plan and execute maintenance effectively within budget. In addition, we deliver specialized Data Management services to ensure reliable, structured information that supports long-term decision-making.

As a Project Manager, you lead Planon software implementation and Data Services projects from start to finish. You work closely with clients and internal teams to translate needs into clear project plans and ensure successful delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead software implementation and Data Services projects, taking ownership of scope, planning, resources, and delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and navigating stakeholder interests.
  • Facilitate workshops to define project goals, roadmaps, and practical solutions.
  • Apply structured project management methods to guide projects to high-quality results.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
    Contribute to internal quality and process improvement, also mentoring junior colleagues.

Profiel

You are a Project Manager who is comfortable working in changing environments and bringing structure to complex software implementations. You communicate clearly, keep stakeholders aligned, and know how to move projects forward even when priorities shift.

You combine strong analytical thinking with a practical, client-focused approach. You understand enterprise software, change management, and how to guide organizations through implementation with confidence.

You bring

  • 3+ years of experience managing customer-facing software implementation or consulting projects for enterprise organizations
  • Proven ownership of project scope, budget, risks, timelines, and resources
  • Experience working with structured project management approaches (e.g. Prince2, PMP, IPMA, Agile, or similar)
  • The ability to lead cross-functional teams and align diverse stakeholders
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in Dutch and good command of English
  • Willingness to travel to client locations

Nice to have:

  • Prince2, PMP, IPMA or a similar certification.
  • Experience with IoT applications or building management solutions.
  • Experience in working in an ISO 9001 environment.
