Explore exciting career opportunities with us today!</p><p>Accredited Managing Agent Firm By Association of Strata Managers (ASM)</p><p><strong>Job Highlights:</strong></p><ul><li>Annual Leave 14 Days</li><li>Medical Benefit</li><li>Career Advancement</li><li>Professional Trainings provided (Relevants Institutions)</li><li>AWS</li></ul><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h2><ul><li>Manage a portfolio of <strong>small to medium-sized condominiums/buildings</strong> or be stationed at a designated condominium.</li><li><strong>Oversee team members\' performance</strong> and ensure they deliver services effectively where required.</li><li>Work closely with <strong>Management Councils/ Owner Developer</strong> to ensure the efficient management of common areas and facilities.</li><li>Source and obtain quotations for <strong>ad-hoc and term contractor services</strong>, securing council approval as required.</li><li>Address and respond promptly to <strong>residents\' feedback and requests</strong>.</li><li>Ensure <strong>MCST (Management Corporation Strata Title) compliance</strong> with the <strong>Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA)</strong>.</li><li>Enforce <strong>building regulations and by-laws</strong>, ensuring compliance among occupants, visitors, and contractors.</li><li>Oversee <strong>corrective and preventive maintenance</strong> for the buildings under management.</li><li>Monitor and ensure <strong>service providers and contractors</strong> adhere to their work schedules and meet performance expectations.</li><li><strong>Capable of conducting Council Meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs)</strong>, and providing advice to Councils/residents as needed.</li></ul><h2><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></h2><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum <strong>2-3 years</strong> in property or estate management, preferably in <strong>MCST management</strong>. (Candidates without experience are welcome, as training will be provided.)</li><li><strong>Qualifications:</strong> Diploma/Degree in <strong>Real Estate, Facilities Management</strong>, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). <strong>O-Level candidates are also welcome to apply.</strong></li><li><strong>Skills: </strong>Strong <strong>communication and meeting facilitation</strong> skills. Ability to <strong>manage multiple projects and stakeholders</strong> effectively. Strong <strong>problem-solving and crisis management</strong> abilities. Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</strong> and property management software.</li><li><strong>Other Requirements:</strong>Willing to <strong>travel to different locations</strong> for project coordination.
