[Remote] Web Design Specialist- Part Time

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Softworld, a Kelly Company is seeking a Web Design Specialist to create visually appealing web pages. The role involves managing user experience, utilizing project management tools, and translating stakeholder feedback into effective web solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Translate product and application marketing content into high-performing and visually appealing web pages
  • Manage and maintain an outstanding user experience throughout assigned campaign web areas
  • Utilize project management software to track, update, and complete assigned tasks on time
  • Understand the context and goals of requested website updates and advise stakeholders on web best practices
  • Translate stakeholder feedback into elegant solutions
  • Creatively troubleshoot website issues by leveraging web tools, colleagues, and our incident ticketing system

Skills

  • 3+ years building web pages using a web content management system (WCMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, CoreMedia, Squarespace, Wix, etc.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates strong visual web design skills
  • Excellent knowledge of web design best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent ability to analyze, interpret, and understand stakeholder feedback
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
