Job Title: Coffee Sales Representative (B2B)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 5,000 + Commission
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Coffee Sales Representative (B2B) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing corporate clients, and driving sales growth within the B2B segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B clients such as offices, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and corporate accounts
- Promote and sell coffee products and related solutions to business clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales (coffee, FMCG, HoReCa experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Knowledge of the Dubai market is a plus
