Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, taking notes, and creating reports. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics. Collaborate with sales team members to create and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales data. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. Liaise with other departments within the company to ensure smooth and efficient communication and coordination. Monitor and track sales team activities, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are met. Coordinate the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials. Conduct market research and provide relevant insights to the sales team. Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns or issues they may have. Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the sales team's efficiency and productivity. Attend and participate in sales meetings and provide updates on sales support activities. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
