Settlement & Incentives Specialist

Process settlements and incentives accurately and in a timely manner for our customers. Utilize financial analysis skills to identify and resolve discrepancies in settlements and incentives. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processing and resolution of any issues. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and systems related to settlements and incentives. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any settlement or incentive related inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the settlement and incentive process. Train and educate team members on settlement and incentive processes and procedures. Take ownership of any escalated settlement or incentive issues and work towards a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.
