Job description / RoleEmployment: Full Time Job purposeUnder general supervision, performs a variety of government relationship support functions and ensures that all reporting and documentary requirements and procedures with regards to government agencies such as Immigration, Ministry of Interior, etc. are complied with and carried out efficiently and effectively.ResponsibilitiesKey focus areasGovernment relationsLiaises and follows up with government agencies: Immigration, Ministry of Interior, for employment visas and their family members.Maintains liaison with government agencies like Traffic Department, Abu Dhabi Distribution Company, Embassies, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economy, Municipalities, Health Authority - Abu Dhabi, for various transactions and requirements.Arranges security passes for visits to oilfield sites or airstrike locations u2013 onshore and offshore.Maintains employee files.Assists employees in obtaining letters for Immigration, Traffic Department, or any government agencies.Coordinates with airport and immigration officials regarding the exit procedures of an employee who has a serious illness or health problems.In the absence of the line manager, acts as officer in charge of decision making when it comes to public relations related documents and tasks.Checks and prepares notary works such as Power of Attorney (POA) agreements and Memorandum of Associations (MOA).Human capital and employee engagementProvides support with employee engagement activities and initiatives.Assists in following up with employees on their presence during ongoing activities.Assists in booking venues and places for engagement activities.Assists in planning and executing sports-related activities.Ensures that labor card details, employee visa details, and Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) contract details are accurately updated in the ERP system.Any other responsibilitiesPerforms any other responsibilities as required by the manager.QualificationsSkills and certifications (technical and non-technical)Handling visas, licenses, and registration of the company in governmental sectors.Issuance of security passes.Maintaining car records with the Traffic Department.Consultation with employeesu2019 inquiries.Knowledge of judicial department procedures.Minimum work experience12 years.EducationHigh school diploma or administration course.Job Function: Administration & Secretarial Company Industry: Education
