We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive (Fresher) to join our growing IT company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in IT sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT products and services
  • Understand customer requirements and explain suitable IT solutions
  • Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
  • Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams when required
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of telesales experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Basic knowledge or interest in IT services/technology
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate confidently
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
  • Good listening skills and a positive attitude
