UI/UX Designer

Your goal

As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with colleagues from the development and adoption teams. You translate user needs into intuitive digital interfaces and actively contribute to the successful adoption of our digital products. You are involved throughout the product development lifecycle: from storyboarding and testing to continuous improvement, always ensuring the end user is at the centre of every design decision.
Your primary goal is to transform design concepts into functional, user-friendly, fast and visually appealing interfaces. By doing so, you directly contribute to higher conversion rates, improved customer satisfaction and a stronger brand experience.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:


  • Contributing to the development of our digital platforms
  • Thinking along and actively building platform architecture and new features
  • Ensuring strong alignment between end users and the development team
  • Demonstrating empathy for end users and their digital behaviour
  • Applying a sharp eye for both UX and UI design across all products

Your profile

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who:


  • Has 3–4 years of experience in complex user environments (e.g. ERP or e-commerce platforms)
  • Is strong in HTML, wireframing and UX/UI design
  • Has experience with Angular and/or React, experience with Vue is a plus.
  • Has HBO or WO level of working and thinking
  • Has a hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Is able to pragmatically handle priorities and urgent matters
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
