We are dedicated to providing compassionate and professional care to our community.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p>This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Nurse located in Broward county. The Home Health Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring patient health. The role involves coordinating with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care. Daily tasks include conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and educating patients and their families on disease management and home care procedures.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Nursing and Medicine skills</li><li>Home Care and Patient Care skills</li><li>Wound Care skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively</li><li>Valid RN/LPN license required</li><li>Experience in home health care is preferred</li><li>Valid Drivers License and Proof of Insurance Required</li><li>Must have reliable transportation</li></ul>
