Responsibilities

1. Satisfy my customers by selling our products and services (Membuat pelanggan puas dengan menjual produk dan layanan kami)

Keep the store environment safe, be available and welcome every customer, adjust your time to customer flow, sell in-store and online, offer the loyalty program, handle payments, and manage buybacks.

2. Satisfy my customers by a commercial and dynamic layout experience (Membuat pelanggan puas dengan pengalaman layout yang komersial dan dinamis)

Apply merchandising guidelines in-store, keep displays aligned with business needs, respond quickly to alerts, highlight best-selling products (global and local), launch commercial campaigns, and adjust layouts for seasonal changes.

3. Satisfy my customers through process efficiency and stock availability (Membuat pelanggan puas melalui efisiensi proses dan ketersediaan stok)

Ensure smooth stock handling and order flows by managing deliveries, accuracy checks, returns, fitting rooms, click & collect, ship-from-store, and quality procedures.

Requirements
